A navigation app to help the visitors of the world's largest indoor mall and theme park navigate their travels. Since there are many people who travel across the country and around the world to visit the Mall of America, I decided to keep this app simple and universally easy to navigate, while also meeting the user's needs.

PROCESS
The journey started with researching who visits the Mall of America and what their goals and pain points are. I then created user personas of three different types of visitors the MOA has. To solve their pain points and needs, I then designed the navigation app, aligning with the MOA's brand identity. After the app was finished, I decided to show what the screens would look like on a kiosk as well.
